As we are a family business, we have always placed an enormous emphasis on the promotion of up-and-coming talent. Whether you are doing an internship, one of the 24 apprentices at our headquarters in Höxter or a student in the cooperative study program – you will receive individual support at REITZ from experienced trainers right from the very first day, and you can avail of a variety of training options for the perfect start to your career.

INTERNSHIP

We recommend an internship for an insight into working life, and a variety of models are available in this respect:
– School student internship
– Long-term internship of varying length
– Twelve-month introductory training program (EQJ) to prepare you for a career
– Internship for students who wish to learn about the practical side of the job

TRAINING

As an apprentice, you generally spend three years learning every aspect of your working area and gaining an insight into overall operations. Right from the outset, our instructors give you a free hand when it comes to autonomous, independent action during training. This gets you ready for the future and is a reflection of our corporate philosophy, where everybody contributes to proactive thinking, searches for the best-possible solution and then implements it in agreement with the team.

We accept applications from July to September of every year for the following training year.

Please note that a good application should at least contain an informative and expressive cover letter, a CV with a photograph, your last two certificates/references and any internship certificates you may have.

Do the online test!

If we like your application, you then have the chance to take part in our online test. This takes place between late October and early November.

Introduce yourself!

If you are one of the best applicants, we will invite you to a one-day assessment center appointment to get to know you even better in group and individual meetings.

On successfully completing the online test and assessment center, we will give you a verbal commitment. The training contract is then concluded as soon as you have given us your written acceptance. We then invite you and your parent(s) or guardian(s) to a contract signing at our premises in Höxter.
